5. Grand Slam (Rays), DoublePlay (Rangers), I've done those standard leagues everyone has done.

7. I'm planning to build this team around young cornerstones, Cespedes, Parker, and Russell come to mind. Due to the lower salary cap, I won't be looking to acquire huge contracts. Low cost, efficient spending.
8. I do have the patience to stick with a good team/bad team in the tough times. With a lower salary cap, I'll definitely have some times where I might have to let a good player go due to cap issues. Building prospects is the key for these lower salary cap teams and I hope to be successful in this.
